Leading end-to-end UX/UI and content design for scenario-based, AI-enabled learning experiences. Client work and screens are confidential — this page details my approach and role instead.
The specific client content, screens and platform for this role are covered by an NDA and can't be shown here. What follows is a genuine description of my process, role and design decisions — I'm glad to walk through actual screens and specifics in an interview setting.
I lead UX and UI design end-to-end for AI-enabled immersive and eLearning experiences — scenario-based simulations and adaptive learning journeys built for compliance, skills and behaviour-change contexts. That means owning the full arc: discovery and storyboarding, wireframing and interaction design, through to visual design and handoff to development.
A large part of this role is working directly with subject-matter experts and stakeholders whose knowledge is deep but not naturally structured for a learner's journey. I translate that complex input into scenario-based experiences that stay realistic and safe to practice in, without losing the accuracy the SMEs are responsible for. This is the same underlying skill as reducing ambiguity for a Product Manager or engineer — just applied to instructional content instead of a product roadmap.
Where the learning experience involves AI — adaptive feedback, simulated conversation, AI-assisted assessment — I design with transparency, explainability and human-in-the-loop principles built in from the start, rather than added afterward. Concretely, that means learners always understand when they're interacting with an AI-driven element, why they're seeing certain feedback, and where a human remains in control of outcomes that matter.
Alongside designing AI-enabled products, I use AI-assisted workflows in my own process — accelerating content ideation, iterating on scenario variations faster, and prototyping interaction concepts before committing design time to full builds. This is a natural extension of the vibe-coding and generative-AI practice reflected in my certifications, applied directly to day-to-day design work rather than treated as a separate skill.
Beyond individual projects, I contribute to design standards, accessibility guidelines and scalable UX patterns used across the wider design team — the kind of systems-level thinking that keeps a growing library of learning experiences visually and functionally consistent as new content gets added, rather than every module reinventing its own conventions.
I can walk through real examples of storyboards, wireframes, interaction patterns and the design-standards work described above in a live conversation — the NDA restricts sharing materials publicly, not describing or discussing the work directly with a prospective employer.
